Melanie Kovacs • Joypreneur & Business Strategist
Melanie Kovacs is a creative thinker, connector, and entrepreneur.
With Joypreneurs she's on a mission to bring joy back to entrepreneurship, for long-term impact. As a business strategist and coach, she supports people with ideas to grow businesses, that don't kill joy.
Previously, she founded Master21, the first coding bootcamp in Switzerland. During her time as managing director, they taught 1000+ people the basics of coding, so they could competently “speak tech”. Melanie was featured in several media outlets, won the Female Innovation Recognition award, became Forbes30under30 and gave a TEDxtalk.
Melanie studied International Management, Human-Computer Interaction Design, and Creative Leadership.

Christopher Lübbers • Speaker & Communication Coach, TEDxLausanne Coach
Christopher Lübbers is founder of Lübbers | The Power of Speech and Speaker Coach for TEDxLausanne.
After seeing how his own public speaking journey enhanced his career, while opening the door to many hidden opportunities, he felt compelled to share what he'd learned.
He’s convinced that you already have more of the skills needed to speak up and lead with confidence and joy than you may realize. He’s made it his mission to help you uncover those skills, sharpen your story, and confidently inspire the world with your message.
Christopher graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne Business School, he’s a certified coach and acquired 10+ years of leadership experience in several prominent hotel chains before founding his company and dedicating 100% of his time to making it simple for his clients to captivate their audiences with their message.
Over the past years, he had the pleasure to conduct workshops for companies such as the SBB, Givaudan or Phonak and to coach speakers for the international women’s day by Advance, TEDx events or speeches of the Canadian Ambassador to Switzerland.
Since 2020 Christopher has been visiting lecturer at EPFL (Lausanne) where he teaches a 2-day class on presentation skills in the EMBA “Harnessing Innovation” program.
He works out of Zurich and delivers his coaching in English, French and German.
This panel talk will be hosted by Patrycja Pielaszek, the founder of WeCoCo, a catalyst for change to co-create a more inclusive future by connecting disruptors, action takers and game changers.
