Anna Stando has 10 years of international experience in training, facilitation and moderation and she is a frequent podcast guest and motivational speaker on the topics of inclusive leadership, diversity and inclusion, gratitude and resilience.

She is also a Co-Leader of “Lean In Network Switzerland”, a business networking group for women, and has her own online course called “My Gratitude Challenge”.

Her previous roles include working as a Relations Manager for the Swiss-wide association called Advance and helping companies reach gender equality in their organisations. 

Patrycja Pielaszek is a thought leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, communication, and human potential. As a seasoned facilitator, TEDx speaker, and entrepreneur, she empowers individuals and organizations to embrace the future of work through collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to building inclusive cultures.

After developing and implementing digitalization strategies for international market players, she has been driven to re-shape the collaboration of teams to effectively drive a culture of innovation. Together with industry and academic partners, she’s helping organizations to get better at 21st century transformation using her broad background in human-centric business development and collaborative ecosystems.
